The Best 'Til Last... Johann Picked
The last of the 2012 Shiraz has now been harvested. The 1875 block of dry grown Johann Georg Shiraz is now safely in the fermenter beginning it's journey from grapes to wine. It was a family affair hand picking the Johann. Pictured is Sal, Amie and Lorraine Kalleske, with Olivia, Jade and Hamish.
